If your exported PDF is blank or missing expected form data, it’s likely due to a mismatch between:

Namevalues - Liquid variable tags (e.g., (
{{Field1.Value}})) used inside the Word template
The Export to PDF object relies on these names matching exactly. If the names differ, the PDF generation completes, but the data will not populate correctly.
Double-check your form's object names and ensure that your Word template uses the correct Liquid syntax with matching names.
When and how does the Export to PDF object convert form data into PDF?
The Export to PDF object is used to convert form data into a PDF document during a workflow. This process requires a Word template uploaded into the Document Management system that contains Liquid-style placeholders like ({{Lookup1.Value}}). These placeholders must match the Name values of the form objects to ensure data mapping works correctly.
Once configured and triggered during flow execution, the component generates the PDF based on the selected form and template. The result is stored in Document Management and can be used in the flow or delivered to
