How to add a new event for the Position component?

  1. Select the Position component in the flow design.
  2. Go to the Events tab in the Properties panel.
  3. Click Add New Event.
  4. Define the event’s Name, Identity, and Icon.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Connect the new event to the desired step in the flow.

How to configure members for the Position component?

  1. Go to the Members field in the Position component’s Properties panel.
  2. Click the Add button to open the selection window.
  3. Select users to include in the Forwarding list.
  4. Use the Delete button to remove any added members.
  5. Save your changes.

How to configure "If Processed Before Do Not Send Request"?

  1. Enable the If Processed Before Do Not Send Request property in the Position component.
  2. Configure the Before Processed Events field by selecting the relevant events.
  3. Optionally enable If Document(s) is/are Changed Then Request is Needed if re-approval is required after changes.
  4. Save your changes to activate automatic skipping for already processed tasks.

How to configure timeout for Position tasks?

  1. Open the Position component in the flow design.
  2. Locate the Timeout section in the Properties panel.
  3. Set the duration using Days, Hours, and Minutes fields.
  4. Draw a connection from the Timeout branch to the next step in the flow.
  5. Save and run the process.
    The system will automatically proceed to the configured branch once the timeout expires.

How to enable and use the Forwarding feature?

  1. Open the Position component in the flow design.
  2. Enable the Forwarding property in the Properties panel.
  3. Add users to the Members list who can receive forwarded tasks.
  4. During runtime, the assigned user can click the Forwarding button to send the task to another user.

Note: The forwarded user cannot forward the task again.


How to control flow history visibility for Position tasks?

  1. Open the Position component’s Properties panel.
  2. Locate the Show in Flow History option.
  3. Set the property based on your requirement:
    • Enabled → Step will appear in the process history.
    • Disabled → Step will be hidden from history.
  4. Save your changes.

How to enable GeoLocation tracking for Position tasks?

  1. Open the Position component in the flow design.
  2. Locate the Use GeoLocation property in the Properties panel.
  3. Enable the property to capture location data for the assigned user.
  4. The captured location will be displayed in the Flow History panel.

How to hide approver names in Flow History?

  1. Open the Position component in the flow design.
  2. Enable the Hide Approver option in the Properties panel.
  3. When active, the approver’s name is masked with ```` in the Flow History.
  4. Disable the option if you want to show the approver’s name.
