New Folder

In complex projects with multiple business processes, it’s useful to group flows into meaningful folders (e.g., by department or function). This modal allows users to create such subfolders under the Flows section in the Solution Explorer.

Steps to Create a New Folder

  1. Right-click the Flows folder in the Solution Explorer.
  2. Click New Folder from the context menu.
  3. The New Folder Dialog will appear.
  4. Enter a folder name such as hrProcesses, approvalFlows, or automation.
  5. Click OK to create the folder.

Validation Rules

  • Folder name must not be empty.
  • Special characters are not allowed.
  • Folder name must be unique within the Flows node.
