Why Toolbox Is Empty​

The Toolbox appears empty if no project, form, or flow file is opened. It activates and displays components once a compatible file is selected.

Code View Support​

No. When only .ts, .cs, or .css files are open, the Toolbox is disabled or limited. Drag-and-drop is only supported in form and flow designers.
