License Management

License Management is the additional module that displays the platform's license status, user limits, and quotas for creating repositories/folders/files. It also provides information about users' permissions according to license modules, license start and end dates, and active user sessions.

License Management Screen​

  1. License Status and User Limit

    • The overall license status, license start/end dates, and user login limits (ConcurrentUserLimit) are displayed.
    • When the number of users logged in at the same time exceeds the allowed limit set in license management, new users are prevented from logging in.

  2. File, Folder, and Repository Limits

    • FileLimit: The number of files that can be created or uploaded.
    • FolderLimit: The number of repository folders that can be created.
    • RepoLimit: The number of repositories that can be accessed.

  3. Project Count (ProjectCount)

    • Limits the number of projects that developers can create.
    • When this limit is exceeded, the creation of new projects is prevented.

  4. User Actions and Session Information

    • The last logged-in users are listed with information about whether their session is active or closed.
    • The last action performed during the session is also displayed here.

  5. License Modules

    • Studio (IDE projects),
    • Authentication (user session count),
    • DocumentManagement (file, folder, and repository controls) modules are managed according to the relevant license parameters.

License Management

  • CPU Control: CPU permission control is not currently applied.
  • Active Users: For users who still have an active session, a green icon is displayed in the "Active" column, and a red icon is shown for users who have logged out.
  • License Limit Exceeded: When the allowed user, file, or project limit is exceeded, the system will notify the user or prevent further actions.
