What happens if a user has conflicting permissions in multiple groups?
The Deny permission always takes precedence over Allow. If a user is granted permission in one group but denied in another, the denial will override the allowance.
What permissions are required to define or manage delegations?
To manage delegations, users need Delegation > Manage permission. To simply view delegations, Delegation > List is sufficient.
Why is "System Access" permission required?
The "System Access" permission is necessary for a user to log into the system. It must be assigned together with the "Web UI Access" permission to enable full system entry.
Why can't I process a workflow on behalf of another user?
You must have the Continue Flow on Behalf permission, and a valid delegation must exist between the two users for proxy processing to work.
Which permissions control Access Key visibility and usage?
To view access keys, users need Access Keys > List. To create, update, or delete access keys, they must also have **Access Keys > Man
