Task Management

Task Management is a module used to view, select, and transfer tasks between users or positions.

Task Management Screen​

  1. Task Transfer

    • Tasks from users or positions can be transferred to another user or position if needed.
    • The transfer process is initiated from the Users Performing the Task or Positions Performing the Task tab.

  2. Task Transfer from User

    • In the Task Management interface, the relevant user is selected from the Users Performing the Task section.
    • The task to be transferred is selected from the listed tasks, and the target user is specified, then the Transfer button is clicked.

  3. Task Transfer from Position

    • In the Positions Performing the Task section, a position is selected and tasks are listed.
    • After selecting the relevant task, the position to which it will be transferred is chosen, and the Transfer button is clicked.

Task Management

  • Task Information: Information such as start date, process number, and status are shown in the task row.
  • After Transfer: The transferred task will now appear in the newly assigned user or position.
  • Process Information: The process or task to be transferred can be specified during task selection.
