Dashboard
The Dashboard screen provides users with quick access to essential information such as workflows, announcements, and recently used documents. From this screen, users can manage their processes, follow announcements, and quickly access frequently used applications and documents.
The dashboard consists of the following sections:
Recently Used Applications
Displays the most recently opened applications by the user.
- Frequently used applications are pinned to the far left using the pinning feature.
- When hovering over a card, the pin icon becomes visible, allowing the user to pin the application.
Process-Task Info Cards
Shows the current state of the user's workflows.
- Pending Approvals: Contains processes waiting for the user's approval.
- My Started Tasks: Lists the processes initiated by the user.
- Ongoing Tasks: Displays processes assigned to the user and still in progress.
- Notifications: Contains processes where the user is included for informational purposes.
Processes Panel
Lists processes based on the user's assigned tasks.
- Processes are sorted in descending order, starting from the one with the most pending tasks.
- When a process is selected, related pending tasks are shown on the right in the Process Detail panel.
Process Detail Panel
Displays the pending tasks of the selected process from the Processes panel. The list includes the following information:
- Columns (by default):
- Process No
- Request No
- Initiator
- Start Date
- Status
- Request Date
- Developers can customize the process variables. For more information, see IDE - Flow Variables.
- When a task is clicked, the related form opens in a new panel.
Announcements Panel
Lists the latest 5 announcements where the user is part of the target audience.
- When an announcement is clicked, its content is displayed in a popup window.
- The Show All button allows access to the full list of announcements.
Recently Used Documents Panel
Lists the 5 most recently viewed documents by the user.
- The list includes the document name and the last accessed date.
- Clicking a document opens it in the document viewer screen.
Authorization and Usage Conditions
- Recently Used Applications only displays applications the user is authorized to access.
- Processes and Process Detail panels are limited to processes the user is responsible for.
- Announcements include messages published by the system administrator and accessible to the user.
- Recently Used Documents only lists documents that the user previously accessed and is authorized to view.
Notes
- The pinning feature helps users quickly access frequently used applications.
- The process list is sorted based on the number of pending tasks, allowing users to focus on urgent items.
- The Process Detail Panel is developer-configurable, and variables can be customized as needed.
- The Show All button in the Announcements Panel redirects to a separate page showing the full announcement list.
- Recently Used Documents gives users direct access to their last opened documents.
