Authorization and Usage Conditions
- User Access: Users can only perform actions for which they have explicit permission.
- Edit Permissions: Users must have edit rights to modify names, descriptions, and content.
- Process Permissions: Move, Copy, and Share Link actions require additional user authorization.
- Delete Permissions: Deleting content is irreversible and should be granted carefully by system administrators.
Additional Notes
- Users can only see and interact with content they have access to. Unauthorized users will not be able to view or modify documents and folders.
- Versioning ensures that changes do not overwrite existing documents. Older versions are retained for reference.
- Deleting a document or folder permanently removes it, based on system policies.
