File Delete
The File Deletion process allows users to remove a selected file from the system. Deleted files are moved to the Recycle Bin, and they are unavailable in the system unless restored.
- In the DM Explorer screen, select the file you want to delete. Multiple files can be selected for deletion.
- Click Delete from the top menu or the right-click context menu.
- In the dialog box, you will be asked to provide the reason for deleting the file. This step is required for confirming the deletion.
- Once the deletion is confirmed, the file is moved to the Recycle Bin. The file can be restored from the Recycle Bin until it is permanently deleted.
