File Download

In DM Explorer, the File Download process can be performed through the right-click menu in the repository or folder where the file is located, or by using the Download option in the top menu. This process allows the user to download the selected file to their computer and create a local copy.

  • In the DM Explorer screen, select the file(s) you want to download. Right-click the file and select the Download option.
  • Click Download from the top menu or right-click context menu.
  • The download process will start automatically, and the file(s) will be saved to the browser's default download folder.

  • Download Permission: To download a file, the user must have the appropriate permissions. Based on the user's permissions, the file can only be downloaded with viewing or downloading permissions.
