Repo

A repository (repo) is a storage location where documents and folders are stored. Repositories are used to organize and manage documents and folders in a document management system. This document covers the process of creating, managing, and renaming repositories.

Repo Properties

To perform actions specific to a repository, access the Properties menu by right-clicking the repository or by selecting it and clicking Open from the top menu. See Repo Properties documentation for more details.

Repo Security

To manage the permissions and access controls of items within a repository, go to the Security menu by right-clicking the repository or selecting the repository and clicking Open > Security from the top menu. See Repo Security documentation for more details.

Rename Repo

The Rename Repo process allows the repository name and description to be changed if necessary. This can be done by right-clicking the repository and selecting Rename, or by using the Operations > Rename option from the top menu after selecting the repository. Delete Repo

In cases where the repository needs to be deleted, right-click on the repository and select Delete, or after selecting the repository, use the Operations > Delete option from the top menu. See Delete Repo documentation for more details.

Repo Favorites

Repositories can be added to favorites for easier access. To do this, right-click the repository and select Add to Favorites, or after selecting the repository, use the Operations > Add to Favorites option from the top menu.
