Repo Properties
To perform actions specific to a repository, access the Properties menu by right-clicking the repository or by selecting it and clicking Open from the top menu.
-
Tagging: Tags can be defined for items to be added to the repository. Tags help categorize files and folders.
-
Restrictions: File types that can be added to the repository can be defined, and a maximum file size limit can be set. The maximum file size is used to limit the size of files uploaded to the repository.
-
Metadata: If additional information or a form needs to be filled for files and folders added to the repository, the form relationship can be set up from this section. Only metadata-type process forms can be selected. The fields in the form to be used should also be selected.
-
Indexing Options: Processors to index the content of files in the repository can be selected based on the file type. Apache Tika, Azure Cognitive Computer Vision OCR, and Text processors can be chosen.
-
New File Operations: When a new file is added to the repository, a workflow to trigger for the added file can be selected.
