Delegation Expire
When the delegation period expires, the delegated person's authority automatically ends. If it is necessary to perform an action on an expired delegation, the date ranges can be updated by editing it again.
Multi Delegation
Yes, a user can delegate to multiple people with different date ranges and scopes. However, each delegation is independent and managed separately.
Delegation Scope
The delegation scope can be determined in two ways: Simple and Advanced. In the simple scope, all permissions or specific projects are delegated. In the advanced scope, specific permissions such as system access, document management, and workflow management can be selected by detailing them.
Revoke Delegation
When a delegation is revoked, the delegated user's permissions end immediately. This user can no longer access the systems and documents delegated to them within the scope of the delegation.
Switch to Delegation Account
After the delegated person logs in to Synergy with their own user information, their active delegations are listed under the Delegations heading in the user menu located in the upper right corner. When a user information in the delegation list is clicked, the user's account is logged into in a new tab that opens.
